budget, we co-ordinate the various disciplines, while conforming to the required quality and safety standards.

We base our systems, policies, procedures on PMBOK guidelines and
Construction Management based on EPCM type contracts.
Engineering Design
ACP has multi discipline engineers, designers and various specialists depending on the size of the project and has access to expertise of alliance partners (if required).
Procurement
Includes ; expediting, project procurement, QA, QC, compilation of RFQ, RFP, vendor selection, evaluation and auditing
Construction
Establishment of construction teams, interface management,
site management, QA, QC, HSE, commissioning and handover.
